A.B. SMITH is the co-author pen name adopted by Arjay Smith and Brittany Scott Smith, a married couple from Southern California. With over three decades of professional experience in the entertainment industry, Arjay and Brittany have respectively amassed extensive expertise in their field. Their picture book series “Wes & Morris” is an example of their creativeness and (as parents) their passion for children's literacy.

BRITTANY SCOTT SMITH is a producer, and Emmy-winning director for "Sesame Street" (MAX). Her experience in children's programming also includes , "Helpsters" (Apple+), "Tiny Time Travel" (PBS KIDS), and "Hello Jack: The Kindness Show" (Apple+).

ARJAY SMITH is an actor, and currently stars in the hit television show "The Rookie" (ABC). Arjay began his career as a child actor, and starred in the show "The Journey of Allen Strange" (Nickelodeon).
